What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank wire transfers for annual Enterprise plans. All transactions are processed through Stripe with PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrading is instant — you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period, so you won't lose access mid-cycle. Your links and analytics data are preserved in both cases.

What happens if I exceed my link limit on Free or Pro?

Existing links continue to work indefinitely. You simply won't be able to create new short links until the next billing cycle resets your quota or you upgrade. We'll email you a reminder at 80% usage so you're never caught off guard.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

Yes — a full 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get access to every Pro feature. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe or your account will automatically revert to the Free tier with no data loss.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone calls, no retention emails, no hidden fees. Your account stays active until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, your links remain live but you can't create new ones unless you resubscribe.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

Yes. Registered nonprofits and accredited educational institutions receive 40% off Pro and a custom discount on Enterprise. Email us at billing@linkify.io with proof of status and we'll apply the discount within one business day.

How does the annual billing discount work?

When you choose annual billing for Pro, you pay $144/year instead of $168 (12 × $14) — that's a 17% savings. The full amount is charged upfront, and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, we don't offer partial refunds, but your links stay active through the paid year.

What's included in the Enterprise SLA?

Our 99.99% uptime SLA covers the Linkify platform, link resolution endpoints, and the analytics dashboard. If we fall below the guaranteed uptime in a calendar month, you receive a service credit of 10% of your monthly fee per 0.1% shortfall, up to 100% of the monthly fee. Credits are applied automatically to your next invoice.
